stipend information

You will receive a $600 honorarium for your first semester as a Writing Fellow. As a continuing, experienced Fellow in subsequent semesters, you will receive $700 each semester. Because these stipends are not part of a university payroll, it’s hard to predict exactly when the payments will arrive. (The forms are processed faster some times in the year, slower in others.) Emily will try to time it so that new Fellows receive checks for $300 around the sixth week of the semester and checks for $300 around the final week of the semester; continuing Fellows will receive $350 in the first installment and $350 in the second.
