The Basics of APA Documentation
2 hours

Intended Audience

This workshop is intended for any student who needs an introduction to American Psychological Association (APA) documentation.

Overview

Do you have to document sources in your paper following APA style, a documentation system commonly used in psychology, nursing, education, and other social sciences? Do APA documentation requirements have you flummoxed? Come to this workshop to learn and practice the basics of citing sources within your paper, compiling a reference list, using headings — all according to the latest APA manual’s (2001) edicts.

Past participants have remarked: "The handouts were excellent and the discussion was helpful." "The exercise really helped."
