about WiSSP
Catherine A Reiser, M.S.
WiSSP is supported in part through funds from the
Wisconsin Maternal and Child Health Block Grant. Our
funding for the program has been renewed for the year
beginning October 1, 1994, and tentatively through
September 30, 1999. We look forward to our continued
partnership to provide services for families of
stillborns throughout Wisconsin.

You should soon receive the annual report summarizing
our activities of the past year and our most recent
statistics. As always a follow-up survey to be completed
and returned will be enclosed. Since your ongoing support
and commitment are vital to the continued success of the
Wisconsin Stillbirth Service Program, we rely upon your
comments and suggestions as to how we can better serve
your needs and fulfill our mission. Please take a few
moments after the survey arrives to thoughtfully complete
it and return it to us.

Some have asked us if there is a say for families or
others to monetarily contribute to WiSSP. There is a
sequestered account, U.W. Foundation/Friends of Clinical
Genetics, for that purpose. Memorials or other
contributions should be sent to the address on the last
page of this newsletter. Funds donated to WiSSP are
typically used for purchasing resources for the lending
library, or for educational travel.
Thank you for asking.
