| Because most hospitals may not have anyone who is
accustomed to doing dysmorphologic physical evaluations,
we suggest that photographs be taken of every stillborn
for later review. Based on the WiSSP experience, 28% of
all stillborns have observable abnormalities identifiable
on photographs. Photographs were critical in establishing
a diagnosis about 5% of the time. The higher the quality of the photographs the more helpful they will be. However, fear of poor quality shouldn't inhibit you ûû blurry polaroid snapshots are better than no pictures at all. Photographs should include:
