GRAVEN IMAGES Founded as a journal now evolved
into a book series, Graven Images illuminates culture,
the law, and the human urge for transcendence. Graven Images
seeks to redefine a space for the sacred in the face
of post-modernist materialism. "A bold new venture in interdisciplinary discussion. By bringing together legal scholars, literary critics, philosophers, theologians, poets, and artists, Graven Images will quickly become an indispensable forum for contemporary debate. During a period when disciplinary boundaries are dissolving and reforming, Graven Images is opening important new channels of communication for anyone concerned about the critical social and cultural questions we are facing."Mark C.
