Q: Please clarify
the timeline - the table refers to months 3-6 - does that start now? Through
July or August? When do you expect to receive the initial work plan? (Or
how long do I have to collect baseline data? - I want to have enough time
to collect good data)
A: The timeline is
a guideline to give you an idea of how to attack the next 18 months. By
all means start as soon as you can but we appreciate the challenges of
getting things done within an organization, particularly over the summer
months. Also, remember this is NOT a research study and each institution
may need to do things in a slightly different order or timeline. However,
at the end of the 18-month period of the project, we need to receive your
progress report, i.e., how much of your action plan you accomplished.
