About Office of Child Care and Family Resources

LOCATION: 611 Eagle Heights, Room 148

The office is located in the University Apartments Community Center, on the west side of campus off of University Bay Drive.

You are always welcome to drop in the office and we will do our best to serve you; however, a call ahead is always appreciated to ensure availability.

By bus: The office is easily accessible on the Route 80 campus bus, about a 15 minute ride from the Memorial Union. Take the bus to Eagle Heights and get off at the sign for the Community Center.

The OCCFR is located on the north side of the Community Center; look for our banner and enter in the doors immediately underneath the banner. Take an immediate right and you are in our office!

By car or bike: Visitor parking and bike racks are available at the front of the community center.

Directions: From central campus, take Walnut north to University Bay Drive (heading northwest). Turn right on University Bay Drive; this will take you past Lot 60 and picnic point-- you will be driving parallel to the jogging trail.

Stay on University Bay Drive until you see a brown sign on your right at the corner of University Bay and Lake Mendota Drive, welcoming you to University Apartments/Eagle Heights. The “Office of Child Care and Family Resources” is noted on this sign.

Turn right on Lake Mendota Drive, continue up the hill and past the Community Gardens (on your right). Continue on until you come to the 600's brown sign on your left. Turn left. The Community Center will be on your left. The OCCFR is located on the north side of the community center (closest to the lake) Look for our sign, take an immediate right and you are in our office!

Please drive slowly and watch for children in the parking lot.

• Provides assistance with child care referrals and resources.
