Many classes require students to observe in a campus child care center. We are happy to work with you in completing this assignment.

First, be sure that you make arrangements with the center in advance of your due date. We suggest that you contact the center a minimum of one week in advance of your visit to ensure availability.

If this is an assignment, the Director will expect to see a signed consent form by you and your instructor. UW Child Care Observation Consent Form

We are not able to fulfill last minute requests for observations, so please contact us in a timely manner.

We look forward to seeing you!
