The following is the list of Silent Auction items available at this time for bidding. Please check often for new additiions.
Bidding
Via E-mail: To bid on an item, please click on the item name. This will generate an e-mail. In the e-mail, you will be asked to list the item you are bidding on, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and the amount you are bidding. The last day for e-mail bids is Monday, June 16, 2008.
Via Telephone: To bid on an item, please call (608) 890-0436. You will be asked for the item you are bidding on, your name, address and telephone number, and the amount you are bidding. The last day for telephone bids is Monday, June 16, 2008.
All individuals submitting a bid will receive a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of bid. Another e-mail will be sent if you no longer are the high bidder.
- Bidders do not have to be present at the event to win.
- Winning bidders will need to make arrangements to pick up items between June 25 and June 29 at the Office of Child Care and Family Resources, 611 Eagle Heights, Room 148, Madison, WI 53705. Please bring your check payable to Bernie's Place II.
- Jazzin' 2008 is sponsored by Bernie's Place in collaboration with the Office of Child Care and Family Resources. Proceeds from Jazzin' will benefit the Connie L. Wilson Center Grant Fund, which annually provides grants to campus child care centers and the New Initiatives Fund, which funds new campus programming and new building initiatives.
