Graduate Education
Dr. Richard A. Anderson, Advisor at UW Madison 1998-2003

Research Interests:

The role of the phosphoinositide phosphate kinases (PIPKs) in actin reorganization and cell motility

Renee defended her thesis on August 5, 2003. She conducted a short post-doc fellowship for Dr. Tom Martin here at the UW-Madison for one year. Now she is a postdoc fellow (Fall, 2004) in Dr. Keith Burridge's lab, Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Proposed Dissertation Title: Functional diversity and local PI415P2 synthesis define type 1 phosphatidylinositol phosphate kinases.
