Note: In addition to your Graduate Application and Personal Statement, the Zoology Department requires that the following supplemental information be sent to: Zoology Graduate Secretary, 145 Noland Hall, 250 N. Mills St., Madison WI 53706, in order to be considered for admission:

1. Official transcripts from each college or university attended
2. A current resume
3. Three (3) letters of recommendation from research advisors (on-line process), instructional faculty or employers
4. Personal statement of research interests and the specific Zoology faculty with whom you are interested in studying
5. Your GPA, computed on the last 60 hours of your undergraduate degree for which you have actual grades.
6. An official copy of your GRE scores.
7. An official copy of your TOEFL scores if you are an international applicant.

New and re-entering students may only begin in Fall session of each year.
