Originally from a dairy farm in Belgium, Michel Wattiaux was raised with a strong commitment to making the family farm profitable. Michel's instructional responsibilities in the Dairy Science Department include teaching Ruminant Nutrition 414 and working with students in Dairy Management courses and internships. Michel has a strong research interest in ruminant nutrition, nutrient management systems, and their application to dairy operations around the world.
